CFMOTO Inde Aspar Team wants to continue on the points in France

Guevara will be fighting to score points again at Le Mans, while Dixon will be aiming to get the first ones of the season on a track in which he was fifth last year

Moto2 arrives at the French Grand Prix with a new leader: Joe Roberts. The American rider has finished on the second step of the podium in the last three races, and although he has not won a race yet, his huge consistency has made him the fourth different leader in the intermediate category so far this year. Roberts' first place in the standings is a milestone for the United States, as he is the first American to lead the World Championship since Nicky Hayden in 2006. Sergio García is second, just five points off him, while Fermín Aldeguer, winner of the last race at Jerez and who has shown great form, is third, fifteen points behind.

The CFMOTO Inde Aspar Team will fight to continue on the points path in France. Izan Guevara scored four for the first time this season at the Spanish Grand Prix by finishing twelfth and at Le Mans his objective is to, at least, replicate the result achieved at Jerez. His teammate, Jake Dixon, will be aiming to end with his difficult start of the year. The British rider, despite not having scored points yet, has shown the potential to be fighting with the leading group and arrives in France confident after having shown great potential in the test held at the Circuito de Jerez - Ángel Nieto just a week ago. Last year, he was fifth at Le Mans, in a race in which he was just 1,5 seconds off the podium.

Izan Guevara: "I think we can do it well this weekend, the Le Mans circuit is good for my riding style. We will go to France to give everything and to get the best possible result, to see if we can make progress and continue fighting in the points."

Jake Dixon: “Le Mans is a track that I love, I achieved great results there in the past. I arrive with a lot of confidence after the Jerez test. I hope everything will start to go better from now and I am sure we are going to achieve it."
